Ms. De Mesa graduated with her Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California. She was a Dean's List member as well as a Moot Court Board member during her time at there. Prior to her legal studies, Ms. De Mesa attended the University of California, San Diego and graduated cum laude with a major in Political Science. While at UCSD, Ms. De Mesa was awarded Provost's Honors for her academic performance.

Ms. De Mesa specializes in Business Law and Intellectual Property Law. She has experience filing patents and trademarks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office as well as assisting businesses through the legal process. Ms. De Mesa is also a skillful litigator, having completed a litigation fellowship at the AARP Foundation in Pasadena, CA. During her time as a litigation fellow, she conducted legal research, wrote and edited communication regarding amendments to provider rates, statute of limitations, age discrimination, elder abuse, and constitutional rights to privacy. Additionally, she attended the National Aging and Law Conference in Washington D.C. to train in Medicare and Social Security.

Prior to joining Wang IP Law Group, Ms. De Mesa amassed a wide range of knowledge as an associate attorney at a firm in Long Beach, CA. Throughout her duration there, she drafted complaints for damages, motions to compel for discovery and deposition, and made court appearances for oral arguments during trial. Furthermore, Ms. De Mesa was a law clerk at a family law firm during law school. There, she specialized in family law, researching civil and family case law, codes and procedures related to sanctions and custody. She also gained knowledge in analyzing client communications and other discovery productions dealing with victims, witnesses, and defendants during her time as a Law Clerk in the Hard Core Gangs Unit at the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.

Outside of the office, Ms. De Mesa dedicates her time by volunteering at the Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles County, Christian Legal Aid of Los Angeles, and Lawyers in the Library.

Ms. De Mesa is fluent in both English and Tagalog allowing her to effectively communicate with and advise a wide range of clients with their legal needs.
