Annie Wong graduated from Southwestern Law School’s prestigious 2-year accelerated SCALE J.D. Honors program. Having earned her B.A. in Political Science: International Relations from UC San Diego, Wong’s prior experiences cross international boundaries. Ms. Wong has worked with international entities ranging from medical institutions to real estate development corporations in a wide range of legal matters.

Prior to working at Wang IP Law Group, P.C., Ms. Wong gained experience in a diverse range of legal matters including complex business litigation, products liability, and class action lawsuits. Additionally, Ms. Wong’s business transactional experience includes drafting employment-related contracts, reviewing company employment policies, and documentation.

In addition to her business law expertise, Ms. Wong also specializes in investment and employment-based immigration by providing legal services to both corporate and individual clients on issues relating to immigrant visas and adjustment of status, non-immigrant visas, L1 intracompany transfers, H1B specialty occupation professionals, hiring procedures for foreign nationals, investor representation, EB5 investments, litigation, and securities issues, various waivers, petitions, applications, naturalization and citizenship, compliance, and other immigration matters.

Ms. Wong’s experience ensures that clients see the results they deserve by working quickly and efficiently. Ms. Wong also provides services relating to obtaining temporary work visas and identifying the steps employers must take in order to sponsor foreign national employees for full-time work.

In her free time, Ms. Wong volunteers and gives back to the community through philanthropy and non-profit work. In 2013, Ms. Wong was crowned a princess of the Miss Los Angeles Chinatown court. As a princess, she serves as an ambassador for the Chinese Chamber of Commerce of LA, collaborating in projects with business, government, and non-profit organizations.

Ms. Wong was the founding president of the World Youth Congress of Jiangmen, Los Angeles, a chapter of the Jiangmen Wuyi Youth Association dedicated towards strengthening the professional and cultural exchange between China and the members from the international chapters by creating a platform for communication. The World Youth Congress of Jiangmen, Los Angeles is the first chapter located in the United States that is dedicated to fostering the professional and cultural development of not only Chinese Americans, but of all Asian Pacific Americans in Los Angeles.

Ms. Wong is fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese, which allows her to best communicate with and understand her clients’ and their needs.
