Ms. Wu is an attorney with many years of experience in intellectual property law. She is familiar with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), the National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) in China, and the Taiwan Intellectual Property Office (TIPO), making her uniquely suited to advising businesses on international intellectual property matters between China, Taiwan, and the United States. She specializes in intellectual property, particularly in the fields of biotechnology and life sciences.

Prior to joining the Wang IP Law Group, P.C., Ms. Wu has worked as a freelance IP consultant working to perform prior art analysis, due diligence investigation, and translations. Additionally, she has conducted training seminars for attorneys and paralegals regarding patent law developments in Taiwan and China. She was also an engineer at Saint Island International Patent & Law Offices in Taipei, Taiwan. She has consulted for numerous businesses in patent and trademark applications and strategies, focusing in particular on foreign patent applications for chemistry, biotechnology, and bioengineering.

Ms. Wu earned her M.S. in Biochemistry from National Yang-Ming University Institute of Biochemistry in Taiwan and B.S. in Agricultural Chemistry from National Taiwan University. Ms. Wu is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese, allowing her to be of service to a broad range of clientele.
