Nicole Huang is of counsel at Wang IP Law Group, P.C. and is experienced in corporate and international law. Ms. Huang is licensed to practice law in Taiwan and was admitted to the Taipei Bar Association in 2012.

Prior to joining Wang IP Law Group, P.C., Ms. Huang worked for the United Nations on the Permanent Mission of the Republic of the Marshall Islands and advised on legal matters regarding the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS).

Ms. Huang earned her Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2016. While at Penn Law, Ms. Huang also earned the Wharton Business and Law Certification from UPenn’s Wharton School of Business.

Ms. Huang was previously an associate attorney at LCS & Partners in Taipei, Taiwan, where she specialized in corporate finance, real estate, and multinational mergers and acquisitions law. Additionally, Ms. Huang drafted a bill for social enterprises that is currently under review by Taiwan Congress.

Ms. Huang served as an editor for the Technology Law Review and the 15th session of National Technology Law Symposium at National Chiao Tung University.

Ms. Huang has interned at the Taiwan Hsinchu Prosecutor’s Office and served as a research assistant at the National Science Council and National Chiao Tung University. Ms. Huang earned her Bachelor of Law (B.L.) from National Taiwan University.

In her free time, Ms. Huang gives back to the community as a Volunteer Lawyer for victims of sexual assault at the Association for Victims Support.
